Plan Your Journey
Reconnecting. Rejuvenating. Learning Through Travel.
Journeys From PKR 40,000 Per Person
Travel Is More Than Reaching A Destination.
It is about reconnecting with nature, rejuvenating yourself, and learning from the places and people you meet along the way.
RAAHI reimagines travel as a journey of reconnection, rejuvenation and relearning from nature, culture and community. We design slow, thoughtful journeys across Pakistan — from the high valleys of the north to the coast and culture of the south.
We travel in small groups, stay with local hosts, eat what the place eats, and leave more behind than we take.
Why RAAHI
In Pakistan, tourism is mostly sightseeing — beautiful photographs, weekend escapes, logistics. What is missing are the structured, safe, guided experiences that help people rest their bodies, reconnect with themselves and learn from nature.
And the wisdom this region already holds — mindfulness, breathwork, reflection, sitting together in a circle — is rarely brought back into the landscapes it came from.
RAAHI is that bridge.
Shigar Valley, Skardu
Founder, RAAHI Travels
Rida trained to heal people — white coat, clinical protocols, structured systems. Somewhere between hospital corridors and exhausted conversations, she noticed that medicine was treating symptoms while no one was treating disconnection: burnout in professionals barely in their thirties, anxiety in teenagers, emotional fatigue in families who looked fine from the outside.
Nature did something medicine couldn't. It didn't fix me. It reconnected me.
She left medicine not because she stopped believing in healing, but because she wanted to redefine where it happens. RAAHI was born from that decision.
With a background in healthcare, an MBA in Health & Hospital Management, and training as a Master Practitioner of NLP & Timeline Therapy, Rida brings together human development, leadership and travel to create experiences that reconnect people with nature, themselves and communities.
She founded RAAHI Travels to reimagine tourism not simply as a journey to places, but as a journey that changes perspectives, creates meaningful connections and leaves a positive footprint.
Her vision: to build a future where every journey rejuvenates people, empowers communities and nurtures our connection with nature — because healing does not only happen in clinics. Sometimes it happens under open skies.

Sometimes the journey is not about going farther. It is about slowing down enough to reconnect with yourself.
Our wellness journeys bring together nature, movement, mindfulness and reflection — led by facilitators who know both the practice and the place. Small groups, unhurried days, and the healing wisdom of this region brought back into the landscapes it came from.

School Trips, Nature Days & Children's Journeys
Children remember the day they held a river stone, not the worksheet about rivers. We design outdoor days where learning happens by looking, asking and touching.
School picnics, educational day-outs, nature experiences and children's retreats.

In Their Words
They didn't just take us to new places.
A women-only group — mothers, daughters, cousins across three generations — travelled with RAAHI to Islamabad, Taxila and the valleys of Swat. Safety and guidance were their first concern; they came back writing about independence and strength instead, and about a female guide who took care of every detail so they could simply enjoy the journey.

Responsible Travel
A meaningful journey should create value for the traveller, the community and the destination. After every trip, we ask ourselves five questions.
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
Every RAAHI journey is designed to contribute to five of the UN Sustainable Development Goals — not as a label, but as the test we hold our trips against.
Nature-based wellness, mindful travel and rest as part of the journey.
Women's retreats and safe, supported travel for women across Pakistan.
Local hosts, guides, cooks and artisans earn directly from every trip.
Small groups, low-impact camping and journeys that tread lightly.
Protecting the valleys, forests and coastlines we travel through.
